Welcome!

I am a qualifed counsellor and coach providing long and short term counselling for individuals, counselling supervision for practitioners and life coaching.

Approach

I use a humanistic, person-centred integrative approach, including aspects of Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused and art therapies.

Experience

I have a private practice and also work as a counsellor for a large local authority's staff counselling service and a police authority, working with both officers and civilians.
Location

My private practice is at Leeming Bar, which is on the A1 and within easy reach of Northallerton, Darlington, Leyburn, Hawes, Richmond, Bedale and Ripon. I also work from a clinic in Helmsley, serving clients in the Ryedale area (Helmsley, Pickering , Malton and Thirsk)
